Standard shipping is free on eligible QLUNARA orders unless a different shipping charge is shown before purchase. Expedited services, remote-area surcharges, duties, and taxes may be handled separately by the sales channel.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the sales channel or shipping carrier will send the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking activity can take up to 48 hours to appear.
USA Delivery
For customers in the United States, standard delivery normally takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Weather, carrier delays, remote destinations, and peak periods may extend this estimate.
