Before you return
Contact the original sales channel within 30 days of delivery before sending an item back. Return instructions and the correct destination will be provided after eligibility is confirmed.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Outdoor apparel may be tried on indoors for fit, but items showing trail use, odor, stains, washing, abrasion, or modification cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened face covers, neck gaiters, base layers, and other close-contact items may be non-returnable unless they arrived defective. Final-sale items and customized products are also excluded unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, the original sales channel will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges depend on availability and the rules of the original sales channel. When a direct exchange is unavailable, return the eligible item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Return Shipping
Do not send a return before receiving instructions. Unless an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility. Use a trackable service and keep the shipping receipt until the return is completed.
